A Hawaiian cuisines sampler small restaurant chain in Vegas. It offers popular dishes of many cultures and groups of who have come to call the islands of Hawaii home. Ironically, besides a pork dish and the popular Spam (luncheon meat), there are no native Polynesian dishes here. Most of the dishes are fusion American staples and Korean, Japanese and Filipino native dishes. My combo meal of Kalbi (Korean short ribs), Katsu (Japanese fried chicken cutlets) and Japanese beef Teriyaki with rice and a Filipino spring roll (pork filled) was not bad for the price. Basic and plain decor and clean place. Service was good and the young lady was helpful and friendly.

This place looks worn and old, both from the exterior and interior, but don't let the aesthetic of the building dissuade you from trying their amazing food. We were craving ox tail soup, but our go-to places at the hotels were already closed. Theirs was simple but tasted good. Hubby ordered the sampler plate combo with 2 proteins, macaroni, and rice. It was tasty was well. We ordered a side of the Kahlua pork to try, and it was tasty as well. Overall, this place offers good food at decent prices and they are open till 10 pm, even on weeknights. Our cashier/server was also very friendly and helped us decide on dishes to try.
